Waste water treatment system covers the mechanisms and processes used to treat water that have been contaminated prior to its release into the environment or its re-use. There are numerous processes that can be used to clean up waste waters depending on the type and extent of contamination.
The Mixed-bed Water Demineralization System is designed to treat city water to the required purity for process consumption. The objective are;
- pH value : 6.5 - 7.5 The Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water System is designed to produce high quality water for electro-plating process.
The system design is based on certain assumptions relating to the feed water conditions, and actual production rates realized will depend on how close actual conditions are to the design assumptions. in particular, the feed water temperature, total dissolved solids and presence of the membrane foulants will have a a significant effect on production. |
Water Recycling System is designed to produce pure water from Plating Line Wastewater. The system shall be operated manually as continuous system.
Dechlorination is carried out by granular activated carbon. It functions to remove residual chlorineand eliminate organic matter in raw water, thus provide protection to the ion exchange resins.Residual chlorine in water can cause resin beads breakage. Deionization is a process to remove solids from raw water and in this system, it is carried out by ion-exchanger resin. Ion exchange is the exchange of ions between the solid phase of ion exchanger and influent water. Cation resin in the ion exchanger resin is charge in the hydrogen form and exchanges with positive ion and Anion ion exchanger resin is charge with hydroxide form and exchange with negative ion inside the wastewater. A scrubber system removes harmful materials from exhaust gases before they are released into the environment. Scrubber systems are one of the primary ways of removing acid gasses from exhaust before they are released into the sky where they cause acid rain.
Wet scrubbers are effective air pollution control devices for removing particles and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams. A wet scrubber operates by introducing the dirty gas stream with a scrubbing liquid – typically water. Particulate or gases are collected in the scrubbing liquid. Wet scrubbers are generally the most appropriate air pollution control device for collecting both particulate and gas in a single system. |
